(8) Research Projects in the Past Decades :

As principal investigator for more than a hundred research projects, in both academic and policy research contracts ever since 1983, with accumulated fund around 4 million USD. In addition to conducting current research project, I propose to lead the Energy Conservation Research Program.  The energy science and engineering, an integral part of energy conservation research, has to couple with agricultural/aquacultural science, biological/life science, marine/meteorological science, and social/economical science and industry altogether, in order to reach a dynamic, sounding master plan for both global village and local government.  The Program requires only brain-storming from a team of scholars with above-mentioned disciplines, as well as collaboration and coordination to which I have experience.  I can coordinate and kick off the program right away with immediate fruitful position papers.  The program does not even waste several years waiting for the setup of multi-billion dollars facilities.

In the past decades academic collaboration with scholars and researchers from universities and research institutions in the following States, resulting in fruitful research outcomes: Austria, Canada, Czech, France, Israel, Japan, Kiribati, South Korea, Netherlands, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, and USA.
