Select and extract the line.
Open previous BMP file using free windows "Paint" software. Select the line you want to
calculate and cut-paste selected line to a new Paint windows. Save the file as Monochrome
Bitmap (*.bmp) file (Figure 7).

Get the pixel data.
Open the BMP file from step 8 using ImageJ. Choose, Analyze >> Tools >> Save XY
coordinates. Use the default settings on "Save XY Coordinates" window. Click OK and "Save
Coordinates as Text" window will pop up. Save your "Text" file through this window (Figure 8).
