1. Open commercial "Excel" software.
Drag and drop your .txt file onto "Excel" window ()

2. Syntax and conversion
Use "=STDEV" syntax and block all of B columns. Finally, convert that value (from pixel to
micrometer) using previous reference value (Figure 10). Please see picture for more detail.
