PEDOT on PET (one-time stress)
·PEDOT on PET also shows the resistance increase, but is
much slower than that of ITO on PET.
The increased
temperature degrades
the electrical
conductivity.
·COS of PEDOT is >20%, which is far better than ITO's
few%; however it becomes <15% under high temp.
