Introduction
·The increase of material's mobility is the most important
issue to accommodate the existing inorganic Si to organic
plastic substrates.
·To have existing Si TFT on the plastic substrate, solutions
include:
·Reduce Si TFT process temperature.
·Enhance plastic substrate's thermal stability.
