Low Temperature TFT Device: Stability
·Two fundamental differences are noticeable:
·VT in nc-Si TFT is small, but is large in a-Si TFT.
·VT in nc-Si TFT is weakly temperature-dependent.
·nc-Si TFTs have higher stability and long-term reliability
even at high operation temperatures.
