Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Solar Cell // 有機無機混成材料及太陽電池

Hybrid solar cells is one of the promising next-general solar cells. Combining tetrapod QD structure with conductive polymers one can simply use spincoating to prepare the active layer of solar cells. We have prepared composite nanostructures with wide-mid-narrow bandgap and granted a patent of the solar cells employing the novel nanomaterials.
