l (02/18) Lectures on 03/11, 03/18, 03/25 and 04/01 will be at 1st Floor Room B (03/25 at Room C), National Center for High-Performance Computing. These lectures will focus on MEMS CAD tools. You will have hand on experience on these commercial CAD tools specific for MEMS design and analysis.
