Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the APEnergy 2016 Secretariat, Miss Jade Tu at APEnergy2016@tcfst.org.tw. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Registration cancellations received before August 1, 2016 (Mon), your refund will be subject to a NTD3,000 (around USD100) for processing fee.
Registration cancellations received on or after August 2, 2016 (Tue) are non-refundable.
A technical visit to the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) will be held in the morning of Sept 8. At noon, the same buses will come back to the NTHU to pick up persons to join a local tour (family program) at Hsinchu County.
All participants, including those making presentations, will be expected to register for the conference. The regular registration fees of NTD 20,000 (about USD 650) will include the abstract book, lunches, banquet and technical visits. On line registration is required.
