實驗室簡介
本研究團隊主要從事微機電系統,特別是微流體系統與其生醫及能源應用相關的研究,探討微小尺度下多相系統中的各種介面現象,並據以開發應用於生醫與能源工程的各項關鍵元件與整合型系統。團隊成員具機械、化工、物理、電機、與材料等專長,透過分工與整合進行跨領域研究。研究目標主要在開發高分子與複合材料其奈微結構的成形及加工技術以支援元件與系統的建構,並根據介面作用設計及整合操控微機電系統所需的各種感測與制動技術,應用上則專注於液滴式微流體系統、能源微機電系統、以及軟性穿戴式機電系統等研究主題。
Our
research has been focused on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microfluidics
with emphasis on their biomedical and energy related applications. We study inter-facial phenomena at
the microscale, and develop MEMS devices and integrated systems based on
the findings. Composed of
members whose specialty covering a variety of engineering and science
disciplines, we investigate the fundamentals of multi-phase microsystems
and conduct multidisciplinary research that explores new frontiers in
biomedical and energy related fields. The major research activities are
(1) the realization of polymer and composite microfabrication techniques
and integration schemes and (2) the implementation of varying sensing
and actuation schemes inspired by the interfacial and multiphase
phenomena at the microscale.
Based on these techniques and schemes, we have built systems that
address the needs of (1) droplet-based microfluidics, (2) soft
electromechanical systems and (3) power MEMS.
