九十五學年度上學期專題演講修課規則
1. 本學期演講預計 12∼14 次 ，學期成績將以出席與心得報告兩部分計算，出席分數佔 55 %， 心得報告分數佔 45 %。出席分數由每週上課簽到與否決定，如發現有代簽情形，學期成績零分。 心得報告一學期繳交 6 次即可，但至少有 1 次需為原科院演講報告。
2. 如有必須參加其他學術演講，每次需於一星期前填寫替代演講申請表格，經指導教授簽名認可，送交助教受理。
3. 各式表格文件可於下列網址下載 (演講資訊每週以email寄出)。

4. 心得如非當場繳交，可於每次演講之後一星期之內交至舊館 309 門口，逾期不收。

Rules for Colloquium (09510-ESS-5000)
1. There will be 10~12 colloquiums this semester, your grade will be determined by both attendance (55%) and report (45%). Remember to sign in for each presence never let someone else sign in for you, otherwise you would not pass this course. Only 6 reports are required for this semester and note that at least one is for the colloquium hosted by college of nuclear science.
2. If you have to attend another colloquium, please fill an application form in advance for a substitutive colloquium with your advisor signed.
3. All the forms can be downloaded from the following website:

4. Please hand in your report no later than 1 week after each colloquium. If you do not hand in the report on the spot, send it to R309.
