International students are welcome to join our laboratory to pursue master or Ph.D. degree.

Students graduated from colleges of Science, Engineering, and Life Sciences related are all welcome. Interdisciplinary collaboration in our lab is greatly encouraged.

Students can choose to get degrees from either Department of Power Mechanical Engineering or Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems in National Tsing-Hua University. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), e-gun evaporator, sputtering system, e-beam lithography, photo-lithography, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Reactive Ion Etching System (RIE), synchrotron radiation facilities, and so on, are available here for research.

Many national laboratories are located near our campus, such as National Nano Device Laboratories, Instrument Technology Research Center, National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center, National Chip Implementation Center, National Center for High-Performance Computing, Industrial Technology Research Institute......etc..

The Science Park, in which many famous international companies are located, is just behind our campus. Students graduated from our departments usually have several offers from high-tech companies in Science Park.
