Associate Professor Gi-Kuen Jacob Li 李紀寬 holds a J.S.D. and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. At Berkeley Law, he served as an associate editor of Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ), and was a member of Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. Before he started his academic career, he worked as a lead consultant at a legal analytics startup in Silicon Valley, where he managed the company’s international business and services and directed its legal research team. Before joining the Institute of Law for Science and Technology at National Tsing Hua University, he taught at the Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property and Communication Technology Law, Shih Hsin University.
